Nobody ever should hide for a good walk and thinking.
I’m Benjamin Tokgöz (friends call me Benny). I’ve spent 10+ years in tech — these days at Microsoft, working with Azure and Linux — and I study philosophy on the side. I grew up on Linux, which is also, fittingly, the name of my dog and my usual walking companion.
How every entry is made
This blog runs on one simple, transparent process:
- The walk. While I walk Linux, I think out loud and talk through whatever’s on my mind — a tech announcement, a philosophical question, something from work.
- The challenge. I use a conversational AI as a critical opponent, not a yes-man: its job is to push back, verify facts, and find what I’ve missed.
- The write-up. I run that conversation through a second prompt that shapes it into a finished post — written entirely in my own voice.
On every post you can open the prompt.txt tab to read the exact prompts I used,
and the sources I leaned on. The point of the blog is the transparency.
